Kelly has got a new tatoo! She and her friends made all a little heart in their pulses. Click in the picture above to see the full image from Ashley's blog, and here is a quote from there:

Well it's left hand n full heart..i think it's the hand with pink nail polisher (the most bottom one) but i'm not so sure lol!
